Cheapest GLP-1 Online in October 2026: Verified Prices, Every Provider

October 2026 GLP-1 prices re-checked across 18 providers. Eden dropped its membership: compounded semaglutide is now $99/mo and tirzepatide $129/mo all-in, the lowest month-to-month prices we track. Plus Foundayo's temporary price cut and the other changes since September.

RxPickr Editorial Team

This is the October 2026 snapshot of GLP-1 pricing across the 18 providers we track (16 telehealth platforms plus two manufacturer-direct programs, LillyDirect and NovoCare). We re-checked every provider in the first week of October against its own pricing and product pages. Five sites (Hers, Oak Longevity, bmiMD, TrimRx, and the compounded prices on MEDVi) blocked our checks or render their prices only after sign-up this cycle, so their figures are carried forward from September and flagged where they appear, rather than guessed. GLP-1 medications require a prescription, so every option assumes a licensed provider approves treatment for you. For the live, filterable version that updates as providers change prices, use the RxPickr GLP-1 pricing tool.

The cheapest option in October 2026, by category

No single provider wins every category, so here is the breakdown by what you are buying. Prices are the medication cost plus any required membership, at the ongoing rate unless noted.

  • Cheapest compounded semaglutide injection: Eden at $99/month all-in, the same price at every dose, month to month, with no membership. That undercuts every option we track, including prepaid plans. The nearest alternatives: bmiMD at $119/month on a 12-month prepaid sale plan (September price; its site blocked our check this month), Oak Longevity at $133/month on a 3-month supply with its checkout code (also a September price), Mochi Health at $139/month total at the starting dose (rising to $178/month at the top dose), and Shed at $159/month on its 12-month plan ($199/month month to month).
  • Cheapest compounded tirzepatide injection: Eden at $129/month all-in, again flat across doses with no membership or commitment. Next come three options at $169/month under different conditions: Found's all-in plan on a 12-month commitment, Mochi Health at the 2.2mg starting dose (rising to $278/month at the top dose), and Enhance.MD's 1mg-per-week microdose program.
  • Cheapest brand-name Wegovy: NovoCare Pharmacy at $149/month for the 1.5mg Wegovy pill, direct from Novo Nordisk. It is fulfillment-only, so you bring your own prescription, and the 4mg dose is $199 with 9mg and 25mg at $299. Through a telehealth platform, Mochi Health advertises the lowest total at $228/month for the pill ($149 plus a $79 membership), a September figure because its product page shows no price without sign-up; Shed at $274/month is the cheapest we re-confirmed this month.
  • Cheapest brand-name Zepbound: LillyDirect at $299/month for the 2.5mg dose through Lilly's Self Pay Journey Program. The 5mg dose is $399/month, and 7.5mg through 15mg are $449/month if you refill within 45 days. Through telehealth, PlushCare at $319/month total ($299 plus a $19.99 membership) is the lowest listed total, though PlushCare's Zepbound figure has not been re-confirmed since May.
  • Cheapest Foundayo (orforglipron): LillyDirect at $149/month for both the 0.8mg starting dose and, temporarily, the 2.5mg step dose, with 5.5mg at $199/month (both promotional prices run through December 31, 2026). Through telehealth, Mochi Health at $228/month is the lowest advertised total, though its Foundayo page did not display a price for us to confirm; Shed at $274/month is the cheapest total we confirmed on the provider's own page.

What changed since September

If you priced GLP-1s last month, a few numbers have moved:

  • Eden dropped its membership for compounded GLP-1s. In September, Eden charged $99/month for compounded semaglutide or $199/month for tirzepatide, plus a required $99/month membership ($39 the first month), so the real totals were about $198 and $298/month. Eden's weight-loss page now lists $99/month for semaglutide and $129/month for tirzepatide, all-inclusive, states that there is no separate membership fee, and says the price is not an introductory rate (Eden). That roughly halves the monthly cost and makes Eden the cheapest compounded option in both categories. Eden's brand-name pages are unchanged: Wegovy at $1,695/month and Zepbound at $1,399/month, still with the $99 membership, so Eden remains a compounded-medication choice.
  • Foundayo is temporarily cheaper at two doses. Eli Lilly now lists Foundayo's 2.5mg dose at $149/month (normally $199) and its 5.5mg dose at $199/month (normally $299), both "temporarily reduced through December 31, 2026" (LillyDirect; regular prices per TrumpRx). The 0.8mg starting dose stays at $149 and 9mg at $299. Ro passes the same reduced prices through, plus its membership.
  • Noom Med's microdose intro went up. Noom's microdose program now costs $79 to start (an initial three-week subscription plus the first four weeks of medication), up from the $49 promo we saw in September. The ongoing price is unchanged at $179/month, billed quarterly (Noom Med).
  • Mochi Health waived its first membership month. Mochi now charges $0 for the first month of its $79/month membership for new members on the monthly plan (previously $39), and its prepaid memberships are $207 for 3 months, $354 for 6 months, or $588 for 12 months (Mochi Health). Its per-dose medication prices are unchanged.
  • Lilly published its missed-refill Zepbound prices. The $449/month price for Zepbound 7.5mg to 15mg requires a refill within 45 days. If you miss that window, LillyDirect lists $499/month for 7.5mg and $699/month for 10mg to 15mg (LillyDirect). WeightWatchers shows the same structure, with out-of-window prices of $599 (7.5mg), $699 (10mg), $849 (12.5mg), and $1,049 (15mg).
  • Everything else we could check held steady. Ro, Hims, Found, Shed, Henry Meds, Enhance.MD (apart from its microdose program), WeightWatchers, NovoCare, and LillyDirect's Zepbound prices were re-confirmed unchanged. Novo Nordisk's $199 intro on the Wegovy and Ozempic pens (first two fills at the 0.25mg and 0.5mg doses) still runs through December 31, 2026 (NovoCare).

Big picture: how the categories stack up

All prices below are medication plus any required membership, at the ongoing (not first-month) rate.

CategoryPrice rangeNotes
Compounded semaglutide (injection)$99โ€“$299/moEden's $99 all-in is the new floor, month to month. bmiMD's $119 requires a 12-month prepay (September price). Mochi's $139 starting-dose total climbs to $178 at the top dose. MEDVi at $299 on refill sits at the top.
Compounded tirzepatide (injection)$129โ€“$399/moEden's $129 all-in leads by $40. Found (12-month plan), Mochi (starting dose), and Enhance.MD Microdose share $169. Shed's full dose is $239 on its 12-month plan.
Compounded oral or sublingual semaglutide$141โ€“$369/moMochi's compounded semaglutide pill is $141 total at the starting dose. Henry Meds sublingual at $179 is the cheapest all-inclusive non-injection option, then Shed lozenges at $199 and drops at $229.
Brand-name Wegovy / Zepbound (cash pay)$149โ€“$449/mo at the manufacturer, plus any membershipNovoCare sets the Wegovy floor at $149 for the 1.5mg pill (existing prescription required) and LillyDirect Zepbound runs $299 to $449 by dose within the refill window. Telehealth platforms add $0 to $149/mo in membership. Eden, Found, and Oak quote retail-level brand prices well above this range.
Foundayo (orforglipron, brand-name oral pill)$149โ€“$349/moTiered by dose. LillyDirect's 0.8mg and (through Dec 31) 2.5mg doses are $149, 5.5mg is $199 through Dec 31, and maintenance doses run $299 (the $349 standard rate for the top doses without a timely refill dates from May).

A note on terminology: "compounded" GLP-1 medications are made by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved as finished products. They contain the same active ingredient as the brand drug, but the finished formulation has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality (FDA, 2025). Our compounded vs brand-name semaglutide guide covers the background.

Where the low headline prices hide a catch

A low price usually comes with one of these conditions. This month adds a fifth:

  1. It requires a multi-month prepaid plan. bmiMD's $119, Shed's $159, Found's $169, and Enhance.MD's $212 all assume a 12-month commitment paid up front. Month to month, bmiMD is $159, Shed is $199, Found is $289, and Enhance.MD is $249. Eden's $99 and $129 are the notable exceptions: no commitment required.
  2. It is the medication only, with a membership billed separately. Mochi ($79/month), Shed's brand-name products ($125/month), Found's brand-name products ($129/month), and Hims, Hers, and Ro ($149/month) all charge a membership on top of the drug. Mochi's "$60 semaglutide" is not the total.
  3. It is a first-month promo that jumps on refill. MEDVi is $179 the first month, then $299/month. Noom's microdose is $79 to start, then $179/month. Novo's $199 pen intro becomes $349 after two fills.
  4. It is priced by dose, and the starting dose is not where you end up. Mochi's $60 semaglutide is the 0.22mg price; its maintenance doses run $92 to $99. Every brand-name product works this way: the Wegovy pill is $149 at 1.5mg and $299 at 25mg, and Zepbound is $299 at 2.5mg and $449 at 7.5mg and above. Compare a per-dose provider against a flat-price provider like Eden, Found, or TrimRx at the dose you expect to stay on.
  5. It is a temporary promotion with an end date. Foundayo's $149 (2.5mg) and $199 (5.5mg) prices and Novo's $199 pen intro all end December 31, 2026, unless the manufacturers extend them. If you are starting a brand-name medication now, budget for the regular price from January.

Before you sign up anywhere, confirm the ongoing price at your likely dose, whether a membership is separate, whether the rate assumes a commitment, and when any promo ends. Our pricing tool shows the first three for every offering.

Cheapest compounded oral or sublingual semaglutide

If injections are a dealbreaker, Mochi Health's compounded semaglutide pill is the lowest total at $141/month at the starting dose ($62 plus the $79 membership); higher-dose prices are not published. For an all-inclusive price with no membership, Henry Meds sublingual semaglutide at $179/month is the cheapest non-injection option, followed by Shed's lozenges at $199/month and liquid drops at $229/month. None of these are FDA-approved as finished products, and oral and sublingual compounded formulations have not been studied in the large clinical trials that supported FDA approval of injectable semaglutide. Our injectable vs oral GLP-1 comparison walks through the trade-offs.

Cheapest all-inclusive with no separate membership

These providers bundle everything into one monthly charge for compounded medication: Eden (new this month), Shed, Found (compounded plan only), Henry Meds, TrimRx, Oak Longevity, Enhance.MD, MEDVi, Noom Med, and bmiMD. Eden's $99 and $129 are the cheapest month-to-month rates of the group by a wide margin. The split medication-plus-membership model now applies at Mochi Health, Hims, Hers, Ro, PlushCare, WeightWatchers, and the brand-name products at Eden, Found, and Shed.

Shed

Compounded semaglutide from $159/mo and tirzepatide from $239/mo (12-month plan); $199 and $299 month to month

All-inclusive with no membership for compounded products, re-verified this month. Lozenges, liquid drops, and microdose programs for patients who want options beyond a weekly injection.

Cheapest with insurance

If your plan covers GLP-1s, the math flips toward the lowest membership fee. PlushCare charges $19.99/month when you use in-network insurance, the lowest we track, and Mochi Health has a $79/month membership with the first month waived for new members, with your copay billed through the pharmacy. Both run insurance-first models and help with prior authorization. Ro's $74/month annual membership tier is competitive if you are comfortable prepaying a year. See our GLP-1 insurance coverage guide and prior authorization walkthrough. If your employer is dropping coverage for 2027, our open-enrollment playbook covers the cash-pay paths. Medicare patients aged 65 to 75 with Part D should also check the $50/month GLP-1 Bridge program.

Compounded vs brand-name GLP-1 at a glance

Pros

  • Compounded totals now start at $99/mo for semaglutide and $129/mo for tirzepatide, flat across doses
  • Compounded providers do not require insurance
  • Same active ingredient as brand semaglutide or tirzepatide
  • Many providers report shipping refrigerated within a few days

Cons

  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products
  • Many of the lowest prices require a multi-month commitment
  • Insurance generally does not cover compounded GLP-1s
  • Brand-name prices are tiered by dose, and several current promotions end December 31

Cheapest compounded tirzepatide, in detail

Tirzepatide is where this month's change matters most. Eden at $129/month all-in is now $40 below the next-cheapest options and about $170 below what Eden itself charged in September once its membership is counted. Behind it, Found includes full-dose compounded tirzepatide in its all-in plan at $169/month on a 12-month commitment ($289 month to month), Mochi Health is $169/month total at the 2.2mg starting dose but reaches $278/month at 16.6mg, and Enhance.MD's Microdose Tirzepatide at $169/month is a deliberately low 1mg-per-week dose rather than a full-dose program. bmiMD listed $179/month on a 12-month prepay in September ($249 month to month), and Shed's full-dose tirzepatide is $239/month on its 12-month plan ($299 month to month). Oak Longevity listed $199/month on a 3-month supply with its checkout code in September ($250/month without it). Other full-dose compounded tirzepatide runs $280 to $399/month. Because brand Zepbound starts at $299/month through LillyDirect, the compounded discount narrows at higher doses; if FDA-approved certainty matters to you, price both before deciding, and our tirzepatide vs semaglutide guide covers how the two compare.

Use the live pricing tool for current rates

Provider pricing changes mid-month, promos appear and disappear, and structures shift, as Eden's did this month. The RxPickr GLP-1 pricing tool is the live, filterable source of truth: filter by medication, dose, monthly cost, all-inclusive vs split billing, and insurance support, and every entry shows the date it was last verified. Prices in this article were re-verified in the first week of October 2026, except where the tool shows an older date. This cycle, that means Hers, Oak Longevity, bmiMD, TrimRx, and MEDVi's compounded prices (carried from September 1, because their sites blocked our checks or show prices only after sign-up; MEDVi's tirzepatide and tablet refill rates are older estimates), a few individual entries whose product pages show no price without sign-up (Mochi's Wegovy pill and Foundayo, Enhance.MD's microdose, Found's brand-name prices), PlushCare's Zepbound and Wegovy figures (carried from May), and LillyDirect's $349 standard rate for the top Foundayo doses (also from May). We re-check every provider monthly.

Bottom line

For the cheapest GLP-1 in October 2026, start with what you are buying and the dose you expect to stay on. For compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, Eden at $99 or $129/month all-in is the lowest price we track, with no membership, no prepay, and no dose-based increases. If you prefer a different provider, Found at $169/month (12-month plan) and Shed at $159/month (12-month plan, semaglutide) are the next-cheapest flat rates we re-verified. For brand-name Wegovy, NovoCare at $149/month for the 1.5mg pill is the floor (existing prescription required), or Shed at $274/month total with full telehealth care (Mochi advertises $228/month). For Zepbound, LillyDirect at $299/month for the 2.5mg dose. For Foundayo, LillyDirect at $149/month through the 2.5mg dose, until the promotion ends December 31.
